Description
Hi there, I'm a comics artist located in US. I’ve been doing commissions and making my own comics for the past 5 years. I enjoy working in many different styles, which I tailor based on the genre and type of story. I'm most interested in fantasy, sci-fi and anything otherworldly or surreal.You can check my portfolio at vladvov.com
I will do my best to help clarify your vision before we begin and will provide you with a time estimate for how long it will take me. Depending on the project, I often offer quick sketches before we begin to ensure the vision is right. Once we’re ready, you can send me the first half of the payment via PayPal, and the rest when I finish the commission.
Here are a few types of commissions I do regularly:
Comics
*Prices depend on the project, the level of detail, and the style.
- B&W Page – $12
- Coloring a Page – $80
- Cover Art – $250
Concept Art
*This includes characters, environment, props, and color mood boards
- A page of sketches based on a prompt – $50
- A B&W concept page (based on feedback from the sketches) – $50 additional
- A rendered concept page (including colors and details based on a previous exploration) – $50 additional.
Live Session
A 2-hour video call with screen share where I help with world-building based on your live feedback.
I will sketch concepts (characters, environments, props, world-building), storyboards, offer feedback, gather references, and establish style & mood. In the end, I will send you the art files in full resolution and post the recording and a timelapse video to my portfolio and YouTube channel.
- $60 for 2 hours with a 10 min break
- $20 additional charge to keep it private (no publishing afterward)
