🎨 LOOKING FOR AN ARTIST TO CREATE A GRAPHIC NOVELHi! I’m looking for a comic or graphic novel artist who would like to work with me on the visual adaptation of an original story I wrote.

📖 ABOUT THE PROJECT

The story is called BOND, and it’s a young adult novel combining supernatural fantasy, romance, and action.

The story takes place in Lakewood, a small town during winter, and follows Jane and Liam, whose relationship begins to develop as Jane discovers that Liam and his family are hiding a supernatural secret.

There are werewolves, transformations, forests, snow, hunters, rogue creatures, family secrets, and a love story that develops gradually throughout the story.

The story is already written, with several chapters fully developed. I’m also working on a scene-by-scene and panel-by-panel adaptation, as well as developing visual references for the characters.

🐺 WHAT AM I LOOKING FOR?

I’m looking for someone who can help me turn the story into a complete graphic novel, ideally including:

• Character design and development
• Storyboarding
• Page and panel composition
• Drawing
• Inking
• Coloring
• Expressions and body language
• Backgrounds and environments
• Action and transformation scenes
• Visual continuity throughout the pages

🎨 THE STYLE I HAVE IN MIND

I’m looking for a Western comic / graphic novel style that feels cinematic and expressive.

I like:

• Defined linework
• Dramatic lighting
• Comic-style coloring
• Strong shadows and highlights
• Atmospheric scenes
• Expressive characters
• An aesthetic that works equally well for romantic, supernatural, and action scenes

I have visual references and character designs that I can provide to help establish the overall look of the project.

🤝 HOW I’D LIKE TO WORK

I’m not looking to commission hundreds of pages all at once.

My idea is to start with a small paid test of a few pages to make sure the style, communication, and workflow are a good fit for both of us.

If everything works well, I’d love to continue developing the project chapter by chapter.

I’m also open to working with a different team or artists for drawing, coloring, and lettering if necessary.
