The 21st Century arms race is a virtual one and countries are developing stealth viruses. To combat these threats the FBI, CIA and NSA have all come together to co-found a secret agency known as “Neumann”. Their goal is to protect the United States from these threats by building a new type of soldier. Ones who can interact with technology, being raised in the arts of cyber warfare.
