Eiko and Kongming joins the Kyoto Five-District Festival! They ride into battle with their floats, traveling across the city. It's a simple competition, where the team that can gather the most guests win! However, Eiko's team, the Kiyamachi Shopping District, is an underdog in the competition with a small budget and no connections. But the curtains rise on a total war between Kiyamachi, backed with Kongming's tactics, and the consecutive winners, Komagawa! Eiko takes the stage in order to win this competition for their district, and in order to deliver her new song, Flower Crown, to her mother!!
