Detective Jack Mulligan has been called in to investigate the strange murder of a young girl's father to which she appears to be the only known witness. Before he can finish the interrogation, Mulligan is ambushed by a creature who by all accounts should only exist in horror movies-- a werewolf. Is the arrival of the beast just a random occurrence or is this particular case more sinister than it appears to be?
