She recalled providing him with massive academic support, like creating laminated cheat sheets for state laws, and remembered giving him $30,000 for a mechanic's shop at the exact time he secretly entered a legal marriage with another woman. Recognizing the ethical danger he posed, she compiled a dossier of his sustained MSP internal affairs violations—including search and seizure violations and failure to report an accident—and submitted it to the WPD on February 13, 2026. Anticipating being dismissed via misogynistic tropes like "obsessed" or "hysterical," she escalated the matter to the Mayor and City Council after the WPD responded with "deafening administrative silence". The chapter concludes that the municipal infrastructure scrutinized the whistleblower far more than the documented corruption she exposed.
