Following the events of the last issue, Pendragon arrives back in England to find one of his oldest friends has been brutally murdered by his former colleague. Not only that, but his fellow team members - those who haven't been arrested already - are now being hunted by every law enforcement agency in the World. As well as this, across the globe, a series of coordinated strikes are carried out, reducing the oil supply to western nations to almost zero.
