After the dramatic events of issue two, a huge shift in geopolitics has allowed Alexandrov, a super powered ultra-nationalist to take control of Russia. He now has a vast arsenal of nuclear weapons at his command and unless he is stopped, will unleash Armageddon at the press of a button. Who, or what, can stop this megalomaniacal mad man?
