A second pandemic has crippled global economies, sent crime rates soaring, and now everyday superheroes, aka “Tights,” have emerged to right society’s wrongs. At the center of this chaos is Oliver Andrews, an anti-Tights federal judge determined to uphold law and order. But when a deadly figure from Oliver's past reemerges, the very Tights he despises may be his only hope—whether he likes it or not.
