When harm done to the community of Rosebush Heights comes from the hands of law enforcement, city officials and other legal channels, a masked vigilante rises up to push back against government approved evils. Thorn takes to the night to make sure that his neighborhood is safe from outsiders that bring perverted justice. When the kidnapping of a Rosebush teenager sends the community into a panic, Thorn springs into action!
