No... to achieve THE perfect world. For far too long, fear has dictated the outcome of our species. For far too long, they have forced our hand! But the culling was NEVER enough! More drastic choices always HAD to be taken! And if The Crown must serve as martyr of the new age, then so be it. Every person here has already vowed to lay down their life when the time comes...
