When long time DISPLACER John Evanson finds himself transported to small town America, things quickly turn sour. He must solve an, at first, seemingly nonexistent problem, and if not, he can never return home. He quickly finds himself embroiled in a mystery, as a woman who had recently disappeared, had been found, but since her return things in the town haven't been quite right ... now John finds himself haunted by twisted, demonic visions trying to drive him away. The deeper he looks into the woman's past, the more the dark nature of the town reveals itself, and the truth of the secrets that lie there start to bleed through. Now John must navigate the nightmares, and solve the mystery, but can he do it before the visions drive him to madness?
