Release #3 - Act III

The phantom anti-hero purges the dystopian crime riddled city with decaying human morals. Unique murders are taking place around the city - pointless, horrific, random killings. One detective follows these unusual murders to track the mastermind behind them, only to descend into a different type of darkness herself.
