While the two try to outdo one another in helping citizens in trouble, danger is lurking in the shadows in the form of Bentley Bosworth III. Unbeknownst to either Redbee or Ultra-Dude, Bentley is working on a serum to become bigger, stronger, and better than both of them and take them out!
