Bullets decides to call it quits as a Private Eye. But before he can retire, he has one last case to close- bring Carrottop to justice or die trying! Meanwhile, Carrottop returns to his father, Parsniptop- powerful Don of the Vegetable Garden Gang as they prepare to go to war against the Fruit Salad Mob over a priceless artifact. Plus- little does Bullets know, Veronica comes to town with plans to turn him to the dark side for her malevolent master, Carrottop!
