Little did Leira and Saul know that it would be their last night together, making love under the light of the moon, sharing a home cooked traditional Abaroguian meal, talking about the Elemental’s family drama. If they had, maybe they would have spent more time holding one another, sharing a kiss, saying ‘I love you’ into the silence. They didn’t, though. That regret would stretch on for eternity. The star exists, coming and going every ten years, growing bigger in the books with each leap. Why did Kara call Senator Henrik? Wouldn’t she have caught such an obvious error in the books that shape the course of the world? If they were that important, an extra star would stand out like a sore thumb before some no-name zoologist saw it in a book, right? Curious that the Zodiac Provisioners didn’t see such a glaring anomaly. Now, though, the wheels are in motion. Our tale unravels from here. There is one piece still missing, however: Saul’s death. If it wasn’t Leira, then who? And why? Our story began with her on the run, already pursued by two Blades of Oa. Perhaps, if we turn this page, we’ll see who has been keeping watch on our Elemental friend this entire time… and begin to learn… the why.
