Threat Quotient Part 1: Dangerous Figures

A zeitgeist is building against the existing world order and its increasingly autocratic puppet states. Anonymous vigilantes, resistance fighters and ultrahuman subversives are rising up against globalist regimes, and chaos rides with them.
