Havriv, the capital of Fauconia. A city known by many names. But by far, it’s most well known nickname to this day is “City of Spies”. It is said that during the world wars, Fauconia welcomed spies and diplomats from all over the world with open arms, and soon its capital became the hotspot for obtaining and exchanging. Nowadays, most stopped believing in these stories of spies still lingering in the city. But some vigilant truth seekers take these tales more than city legends… The year is 1999. With the coming of spring, comes the cities brand new “hero” — vigilante who calls himself the “Swallow”. Aside from helping citizens in trouble from time to time, he has a mission of his own — to get to the bottom of every mystery of the City of Spies.
