Crimson Volania Mulch is still in pieces. Now she's on a date with Simon, the bioluminescent swamp bow. And just as she's about to have her first kiss: wham! They're interrupted by flying creatures and Crimson has to end the date to go off with Quinton, the mopey, mysterious, vampire boy. Sometimes you have to fall apart before you can be whole again.
