"We are forever frozen in time, until blood is shed at first light." A treasure hunter named Ren Sawyer, has a certain interest in treasured items, mystery, and most importantly, the rifts. Abnormal events that have begun to tear the nature of the world by opening up entrances to a parallel dimension to earth known as The Otherside. The truth of the rifts, the Otherside, and the forgotten history of the world that has been swept under the rug, will it ever be discovered? Sawyer in his travels encounters events and people in an attempt to help them better understand the supernatural troubles that plague them and their loved ones. Unfortunately, many darker, and far more powerful forces stand against him. Can he survive? Smallseas is a story I created with the sole intention of giving a unique perspective on various areas like character/world design, war, ideology, and overall the importance of family and what it means to fight for a better tomorrow.
