Saint Rose

Phil and Riot flee after the exhausting fight in the cavern under the gas station. Phil drives the Cadillac while Riot rests in the back. Having to use his power too soon caused him to lose consciousness and he hasn’t woken up yet. As he drives, Phil begins to remember how they met in flashback mode. We see the early years they spent at St. Rose Reformatory, a cross between Xavier School and Arkham Asylum. Here we begin to understand the relationship the two forged and discover the identity of Alastor Monroe, the sinister figure who ran St. Rose with an iron fist.
