In a world where civil values are almost lost, a hero rises from the frustration and hate of those who still want to live in harmony. Shithead is the hero that the city needs, his methods may be questionable but he is indeed the son of justice who will put this city's enemies in their place. With his good actions, he is trying to teach some good behaviour to those filthy criminals who have terrorised this city.
