Thank you so much! I wrote the initial script over a few weeks, but it evolved in directions I wasn't expecting as I was illustrating it, which was pretty cool honestly.

Was there a specific moment or scene that changed the direction of the story the most?

Apologies for the delayed reply, I've been recovering from a nasty bout of illness. The whole sequence with Erebus escaping his prison was quite different in the script, and was setting up a different storyline entirely. But when he emerged his dialogue almost started writing itself, and he almost immediately hijacked my original plot. When I mapped out the effects of this different direction it was far more interesting than what I'd scripted, and I've been leaving room for the characters to do unexpected things ever since!

In the next few chapters we will meet the rest of Anaka's caravan (including more Speakers), explore some of the Ghostlands, see Erebus unleash real power, and discover the secret of the Aetherstorm!

That sounds amazing! I’m really excited to see the new characters and Erebus’s power. The Aetherstorm mystery sounds very interesting can’t wait to read it
