A post apocalyptic, nuclear wasteland inhabited by a barely remaining humanity and the remnants of their hubris. Nuclear Fallout has left the demand for donor organs an everyday commodity. From this unfortunate circumstance, a new but familiar parasite has latched itself onto the survivors of an all but forgotten war. Every parasite needs protection while they feed.
