Galax City's Annual Science Expo is off to a great start as reporter Vanessa Perez interviews the man in charge. Suddenly, the stage explodes as a metallic monstrosity emerges from the wooden floor. The man behind the machine, Dr. Chordata feels unappreciated and turns his creation loose on the rest of the attendants! Can Rizerman defeat the Torpedotron and defend Galax City?
