The story follows Ghost, a young hustler arrested after a robbery setup that may have been planned by his own crew. With no real allies, he quickly learns Rikers runs on power, politics, and fear. As rival crews fight for control of housing units, contraband routes, and respect, Ghost gets caught between a feared gang leader, a corrupt correction officer, and a childhood friend now on the opposing side. When rumors of snitching spread, the yard erupts into chaos—ending with a betrayal that sparks a war.
