A dark villain called the Silence King aims to destroy the Web of Inspiration, the place where all human ideas live and build on one another. The inspiration Allan creates from his music career fuels his super-powered Dr. Spotlight persona who can harness the Resonance Effect to defeat and purify Hollow Notes – dangerous villains born from lost passion – and save the day.
