Reo the blood manipulator is inspired from many different art styles, character designs, power levels, etc. Reo is a 15 year old kid who finds out that he has the ability to control blood and goes on a journey so he find ways to fully master his abilities. He'll figure out what his desires are and what he has to do to fulfill them along the way. Watch him as he goes on his journey to realize the importance of his existence he has to his legacy.
