The hamlet of Rakehell hides in the echoes of history, not found on any map, highway sign, or your G.P.S. it is a place best left forgotten. Evil forces thrive there, watching, scheming, and tormenting from the afterlife. They exchange the souls of the weak-spirited for the Devil's dark rewards, but crushing the strong-spirited is worth much more. Unlucky travelers seldom survive stumbling across Rakehell as the locals heed no warnings about the town's charred past. The fortunate endure yet are forever scarred as they join the townsfolk in their oath of silence. As they suffer, the rest of the world passes by, deaf to the fading screams in the streets.
