ty everything seems to be working again although it was not working for almost a full day. love this app otherwise and I hope it continues to function properly. if so I will be a subscriber for many years to come

@Kevin: hello Kevin i am having problems with my membership again. have tried several times to contact you guys, no reply. most titles locked even tho I have gold membership and account management states so. receive "error processing account" msg. please remedy

Please try the Restore Purchase function in the app. You can attempt to restore the purchase by tapping on your avatar in the top right. This will bring up your Settings menu. Scroll to the bottom to find the Restore Purchase link.
