PEP Comic #216

Pep Comic Issue 216 includes the story “Archie in Museum Piece”. Mr. Weatherbee welcomes his students to the museum, urging everyone to stick together for the full cultural experience, though most of the class already has other things on their minds. Archie's latched onto Ronnie scheming for a way to steal a kiss, all while a jealous Reggie fumes. With Reggie determined to find a way to pry them apart, how long can Archie hold onto his spot by Veronica's side? Other stories in this issue include “Archie in Romance Trance”, “Li'l Jinx in The Long and Short of It!”, “Betty and Veronica in Double Indemnity”, and more. Originally running from 1940 all the way into the '80s, PEP was the platform for Archie's first appearance in 1941 and introduced many of the Riverdale citizens that the world still follows over 80 years later.
