PEP Comic #215

Pep Comic Issue 215 includes the story “Dilton in The Brushoff”. A thunderous BOOM sends debris flying as Dilton Doily's latest invention explodes into action, and he emerges triumphant, declaring his genius has paid off yet again: an invisible paint that works. Before Dilton can even explain himself, Reggie snatches the can and takes off running, determined to make the invention his own. With Reggie now loose with a can of invisible paint, what kind of trouble is he about to cause?
