PEP Comic #211

Pep Comic Issue 211 includes the story “Archie in Window Pain”. Archie's mom finally hauls him out of bed and declares vacation sleeping-in is officially over — it's time he did some work around the house. Handed a chore list, Archie suddenly feels energized and vows to take on more responsibility, cheerfully deciding he'll speed things up by hosing down the windows himself. With Archie armed with a hose and good intentions, how long before somebody else ends up soaked? Other stories in this issue include “Archie in Keeping It Cool”, “Archie in The Next Girl”, “Li'l Jinx in When I'm Calling You...”, and more. Originally running from 1940 all the way into the '80s, PEP was the platform for Archie's first appearance in 1941 and introduced many of the Riverdale citizens that the world still follows over 80 years later.
