Release #182 - PEP Comic #183

Pep Comic Issue 183 includes the story “Betty and Veronica in Sound Off”. Betty arrives at the Lodge home buzzing with excitement over a brand-new dress from La Mode Dress Shop — only to find Veronica already entertaining Archie in the foyer. The story then pulls a clever twist: a title card announces that "due to technical difficulties" there will be no sound, and the rest plays out in pure silent-film pantomime — showing both girls frantically racing to their rooms to get dressed to impress. Will Betty's new outfit finally be enough to turn Archie's head, or is Veronica already one step ahead?
