Pep Comic Issue 187 includes the story “Archie in More Bounce To The Once!”. Riverdale's banks are being hit by the Jersey Bounce — a rubbery, elastic villain who literally bounces away with the loot before anyone can stop him — and Pureheart the Powerful is in hot pursuit. But when Pureheart charges in, the Jersey Bounce transforms into a set of rubber buggy bumpers and sends our hero ricocheting straight into a wall, knocked out cold. Can Pureheart recover in time to stop a villain who can become anything made of rubber?
