Pep Comic Issue 112 includes the story “Archie in Trigger Snappy”. Archie and Jughead are heading out on a hunting trip, but when Betty and Veronica find out, they insist on tagging along. The real trouble starts when the girls discover what they’re hunting—rabbits! Before long, it’s not clear who’s hunting whom in this wild outdoor adventure. Other stories in this issue include “Archie in Wear and Scare!”, “Li'l Jinx in No Visitors”, and more. Originally running from 1940 all the way into the '80s, PEP was the platform for Archie's first appearance in 1941 and introduced many of the Riverdale citizens that the world still follows over 80 years later.
