Nyumbani Chronicles

Fantasy series of comics translated from the literary novels written by Rod Van Blake, illustrated by Jordan Purnell Jackson. Set in an alternate dimension to the Ancient Illumination universe the Orisha rule in a place of their own design. They figured it was better to begin anew than to deal with the catastrophic results occurring in previous realms. Olorun, Shango, Oya, Ogun, Yewa, Esu, and many more reside on Izulu. This palatial city/ship from which they live on high far above the planet Nyumbani. The denizens below are none the wiser as they are focused on the fantastical things they see and hear on a daily basis. Mankind, the Elinanye, Djaemon as well as other groups deal magic, dragons, and other beastly dangers. The Orishas agreed not to infringe too much on the lives down below, but even Olorun can fall victim to curiosity.
