Chapter 2: The first day

Chapter 2: The First Day." Regan has a short encounter with his son Tai and friends.  Taimen asks him why he was late . He can't respond yet but will later and walks on stage to tell Duke Dollohiem to gather the council. The detectives arrive on the scene. They take pictures and look at the bodies. One was a 16-year-old boy, possibly unrelated to the murders. They leave the scene mostly untouched except for an incident involving glasses. Their final job for the day is to send word to family members of the deceased . First stop, Saint Judas Church of the Liberated. The council gathers for a meeting to discuss the recent events. Colegate explains that Count Dukes' brother is not responding. They're connected to the powder used to mix the drug. Chavez Martine was apprehended by the police. Regan disbands the groups after telling them to talk about nothing and do nothing. Group members are named Annabelle Mazaleon, Morgan Gocetti, Rankshaw Lament, Meuken Wo, Duke Dollohiem, Castiel Dragonet, and Roman.
