@Adelyn: You can't make comics on this site. There are several drawing programs which allows you to create art. I use Clip Studio Paint and then upload the pages on this site.
@Adelyn: There are tons of free art programs out there that you can look for, but the best ones you will have to pay for. You would also probably need to buy a drawing tablet anyway, that's what I use to draw all my art
