We live in a culture of remix, where any new art form or piece of art derives from recombination of material created by previous artists.
That made me consider one thing: “Can you make a coherent, standalone narrative experience by treating text as samples?”.
That’s what “MishMash” is about – gathering non-sensical, standalone, cut-out texts from various sources (public domain magazines, ads, conversations, audio, etc) and combining them all into a absurd but yet meaningful story.
