How does Diakiese's powers work exactly ? Can people travel back in time and change the past or ? Are there other people with the same.kind of.power or is she like unique ?

Right now she can't really affect the past on such a scale. But she can alter the past as experienced by someone. Time has its self healing abilities. So she can't right now change events that really did happened.
