Memories of Heroes is a short comic series about the 5 days battle of Semarang, it is one of the biggest battle in Indonesia's history during WW2. After Indonesia proclaimed it Independence, tension roses between Indonesia and Japan after KIDOBUTAI, a designated battalion to be stationed in Semarang, refused to seize their weapons to the Indonesian army (BKR) the story follows two teenage boys named Dirga and Tara finding themselves traveling back in time to 1945, experiencing the bloody, sorrowing days during the battle
