328 years after a nuclear war ravaged the old America, the city of Melancholy has rebuilt and advanced off of America’s ashes. Two of Melancholy’s people, each affected by the city’s inner corruption in their own ways, join forces to clean the streets, and discover what role they fill in this new world.
