In a parallel world Los Angeles, Victoria Starfield, a Hollywood celebrity, is resurrected from the dead by supernatural corporation known as Crowd Control, into a barbedwire shooting femme fatale, code named Mazscara. Her mission is to protect a group of unknown children from a demonic organization, who plays behind the scenes of tinseltown.
