In 17 B.C., young soldiers MARCVS and CASSIUS forged a brotherhood in Rome’s elite military schools, eventually rising to the rank of top Centurions under the command of Pontius Pilate. Years later, as Centurions serving in Hispania, their brotherhood is tested during the harrowing Battle of Vellica.
