Man-Child pays homage to the work and life of Stan Lee. Moreover, it is a commentary on modern-day comic book fandom as well as an opportunity to put the widely-used expression “man-child” on trial through the lens of the twenty-first century. Telling two separate storylines — one taking place in the innocent silver age superhero universe of the Monarch-Crier and the other in our mature world with comic book nerd Rufus Boston — Man-Child.
