Mark, a cybernetically enhanced teenager, finds himself once again trying to make the world a better place by undermining a dangerous splicer gang. Things were going smoothly that was until a stupid mistake he makes puts his life in peril and now he must use his quick wits to get out of the jam he put himself in.
