The end of the beginning...

Or shall we say - the first ending? Anyway the point of this episode is that no matter what happens in life, I may forget it but I rarely forget the crumbs it leaves in my soul. In this particular case, I was 13 or 14 when I realized my first relationship was over. And the crumbs it left were not glittering gold nuggets. More like cheese crud, a smell of inadequacy that followed that beautiful little story. But I had the emotional equivalent of a strong cologne I think. We'll see as I try to remember the next episodes!
