While studying abroad a Annie MacGyver was accused of crimes she did not commit. Now on the run from shadowy government killers, she relies on ingenuity, open-source technologies, and help from her friends back at Western University to help others that help her stay hidden until she can get back across the border.
The first issue was great and explained her origins, but nothing developed in the second issue that hadn't already been established in the first one. The way the knowledge is explained in a matter of fact way like anyone could do it was as brilliant as she clearly was and hilarious she seemed oblivious to just how gifted she is. Some character development and possibly a small cast of characters that she could safely talk to would be great but I can see why they made it this way to show just how alone she felt as well as amazingly resilient she is. She has strong soldier like qualities but does she have any family? This would be a great film.
