Royal-blue portals begin tearing through reality itself, allowing Larry to attack from impossible angles, traverse space instantly, and channel devastating new energy through a mysterious weapon known as the Arc Route Projector (ARP). As the battle with TK escalates, the government discovers that King Snipe is no longer simply an anomaly to monitor—he is becoming something they may not be able to contain.
